What if Wayne Kollinger put an idea in my head?

one idea and one year later=

I follow his blog and draw great inspiration from Wayne Kollinger. He has taught me to make quilts in every shape and form that I like and to play with different colors.

On June 10, 2010 Wayne blogged about this simple tessellation

I could barely sew but he helped show me that it is just made out of squares and HST (half square triangles). Hmmmm I could do that and *VOILA* one year later I have a fantastic wall hanging for my sewing room.

If you would also like to be inspired by Wayne hop on over and take a look at his site        waynekollingersquiltblog.blogspot.com

It really did not take me a year to complete. My brain is just filled with so many quilting ideas that I am just starting to finish up my projects.

Happy Quilting!
